An indie film disguised as a romantic comedy. The cover makes it seem like Woody spends the duration of the film being sprayed with paint while in his boxers doing god knows what. This is not to say that this film is a classic, but it does represent very early work from Woody Harrelson (Will and Grace) and Hank Azaria (Moe Szyslak). Throw in an uncredited cameo from Sean Penn, and you've got yourself a movie. The back cover touts it as an "Off-beat tale of love in the Post Modern Era." Sweet! Yes, there is art involved, and yes, Sean Penn must have owed the producers a favor when he showed up in this one, because it was after he had done Colors. 'Nough said. |
